The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. We were able to walk to most of the major sights within just a few minutes. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. It was a great way to start the day before exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information and suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area.

The rooms lacked tea and coffee making facilities, which would have been a nice addition for a morning cuppa. The shower temperature could have been hotter, although we noticed this was a common issue during our travels in Italy.

Loved the central location, within walking distance to major landmarks and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff provided useful tips and information.

We were actually surprised by the cleanliness of our room at Hotel Grifo. The shower was fantastic with piping hot water, and the retro-kitsch feel added a unique charm to the place. The staff, especially Rosa and Eva, were super-friendly and always there to help. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom, our overall stay was great. We highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
